Terms of Service

By accessing or using Homie AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Homie AI provides tools for business workflows, customer relationship management, communications, content planning and publishing, analytics, AI-assisted work, integrations, and automation. Features may change as the service develops.

You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity performed through your account. You may connect third-party services only when you have authority to access and use those accounts, pages, channels, data, and permissions.

When you authorize a third-party integration, Homie AI may act on that service only within the permissions you grant and the workflows you enable.

Homie AI can integrate with services operated by other companies, including social networks, communications providers, productivity tools, and AI providers. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms, policies, limits, review requirements, and availability.

App To Match LLC is not responsible for a third-party platform changing or suspending an API, permission, account, feature, or policy.

You are responsible for reviewing the settings and permissions you enable. Automated actions can send communications, update records, generate content, schedule work, or publish content when you have configured the system to do so.

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed when appropriate for the context. Homie AI is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.

You may not use Homie AI to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, distribute malware, gain unauthorized access, deceive users about material facts, send unlawful spam, or abuse third-party services.

Some features may require paid third-party services or usage-based APIs. You are responsible for charges you authorize through connected providers. Any Homie AI subscription or service fees presented to you are governed by the applicable order, plan, invoice, or agreement.

Homie AI, its software, branding, design, and original service materials are owned by App To Match LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content and data you submit, subject to the permissions needed for Homie AI to process that content and provide the service.

Your use of Homie AI is also governed by the Homie AI Privacy Policy at /privacy.

Homie AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, third-party platform availability, or any particular business result.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App To Match LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or comply with law. You may stop using Homie AI and revoke connected-app access at any time through Homie AI or the applicable third-party provider.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
