Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how App To Match LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Homie AI and its connected integrations.
Last updated: October 10, 2026
1. Information we collect
We may collect account information, profile details, business records, settings, workflow data, usage and diagnostic information, communications, and other information you choose to provide to Homie AI.
When you connect a third-party service, we may receive account identifiers, profile or channel information, granted permissions, access or refresh tokens, content, analytics, and other data necessary to provide the integration you requested.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Homie AI, authenticate users, operate integrations, execute workflows you configure, publish or retrieve content at your direction, provide analytics, improve product reliability, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with you about the service.
3. Connected social and platform accounts
If you connect services such as YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google services, Salesforce, Calendly, Twilio, or other providers, Homie AI processes the data and permissions needed for the features you enable. You can revoke connected-app access through the applicable provider and, where available, through Homie AI.
We do not use connected-account permissions to access unrelated data or perform actions outside the capabilities you authorize.
4. Google and YouTube data
Homie AI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You may revoke Google access from your Google Account security settings.
5. TikTok data
When you authorize TikTok, Homie AI may receive the permissions you approve, such as basic account information, video information, and content-posting permissions. Homie AI uses that data only to provide the TikTok features you request and subject to TikTok's platform rules and approval requirements.
6. How we share information
We may share information with service providers and connected platforms only as needed to operate Homie AI, fulfill your requested workflows, secure the service, comply with law, or protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information to advertisers.
7. Data storage and security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Sensitive integration credentials are stored using protected application storage and are not intentionally displayed back to users after saving.
No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and security records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Retention may vary by data type and connected provider.
9. Your choices and requests
You can disconnect third-party accounts, revoke provider permissions, or request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, billing, or legitimate recordkeeping purposes.
10. Children
Homie AI is a business service and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Homie AI.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Homie AI changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
12. WhatsApp Business messages
When a business enables Homie AI for its WhatsApp Business account, Meta sends authorized account information and message events to Homie AI. For inbound text messages, Homie AI may receive and store the sender's WhatsApp identifier or phone number, profile display name, message identifier, message text, generated reply, delivery or processing status, timestamps, and preferences such as whether automated replies have been stopped.
We use this information to answer business inquiries, maintain conversation context, prevent duplicate replies and abuse, and support human follow-up. Business staff with authorized access may review conversations. Where WhatsApp Business App coexistence and reply events are enabled, information about manual replies may be used to pause automation.
The current WhatsApp responder processes inbound text messages. It does not retrieve your entire address book or your unrelated WhatsApp conversations. The public responder is separate from the business owner's private Homie assistant.
If automated replies are enabled, send STOP to stop them, START to resume, or HUMAN to request a person. These controls pause or change automation; they do not delete previously stored messages or guarantee an immediate human response.
13. AI processing and service providers
When AI assistance is enabled, message text and relevant recent conversation context are sent to OpenAI's API to generate a reply. The current WhatsApp responder may include up to six earlier answered exchanges. A message can contain personal information even when a sender identifier is not included in the AI request.
Meta and WhatsApp process messages and account events to provide messaging and account authorization. Render provides hosting for Homie AI. Stripe processes subscription payments where applicable, and Twilio provides calling features where enabled. Authorized staff may receive contact information in a human-handoff notification through the business's connected notification tools.
These providers may retain information under their own applicable terms, privacy policies, and security requirements. Sending STOP or deleting information from Homie AI does not automatically delete copies held by WhatsApp, a business using Homie AI, or another provider. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive medical or identity documents to the assistant.
AI replies can be inaccurate. You can request human follow-up instead of relying on an automated answer.
14. Retention and deletion of messaging data
Using a limited number of earlier messages as AI context does not mean older messages are deleted. The current WhatsApp integration stores message records and has no automatic fixed-period deletion schedule. We retain records as described in section 8 and handle deletion requests through the contact process below.
To request access, correction, or deletion, email tony@apptomatch.com with the subject "Homie AI privacy request." Include the account email or WhatsApp number involved and the business you contacted so we can locate the records. Do not include a password or verification code. We may ask for reasonable proof that you control the account before acting.
For WhatsApp deletion requests, specify that you want your stored messages, generated replies, and contact record deleted. We will review the request and explain any information that must be retained for security, legal obligations, or recordkeeping. Backup and provider copies may persist under their applicable retention processes.
If you use Homie AI through another business, that business controls the information it uploads and the conversations it manages. Contact that business for requests concerning its records; we can help route requests involving data processed by Homie AI. Businesses can revoke Meta access through their Meta business settings.
